Refurbishment & MEP Design Integration for Modernised Office Facility

Client: Engie

Jnoad Ltd was appointed as the MEP Designer on behalf of the client for the refurbishment of an existing office facility, delivered in two distinct phases. The works involved strategic modification and enhancement of the building’s mechanical, electrical, and public health systems to support a modernised, compliant, and energy-efficient workspace.

Phase 1 focused on enabling works and shell/core upgrades, including incoming services, containment strategy, and adaptations to existing infrastructure to prepare the building for internal redevelopment.

Phase 2 delivered the full office fit-out, integrating new HVAC systems, lighting, fire safety provisions, and power distribution — all coordinated with retained elements to maximise efficiency and minimise disruption.
