Jnoad Ltd was appointed to provide the full mechanical, electrical, and public health design for RAF Liberty Village, a residential and community development located at RAF Lakenheath. The project formed part of a wider initiative to enhance living standards and infrastructure for U.S. Air Force personnel stationed in the UK.
Our scope encompassed the complete MEP design for multiple residential blocks and associated communal infrastructure. This included domestic water services, ventilation systems, electrical distribution, lighting, and fire safety provisions. All designs were developed in close coordination with architectural and structural teams, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and U.S. military standards.
The project is now complete, providing a resilient and efficient built environment tailored to the operational and lifestyle needs of its occupants.
