Jnoad Ltd was appointed as the MEP Designer for the full refurbishment and fit-out of Wellington House, a multi-storey commercial building located on Buckingham Gate in central London. The project encompassed the complete upgrade of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems across all levels, including basement and roof plant areas.

Our scope included detailed design coordination with architectural and structural teams, integration of energy-efficient systems, and compliance with modern building standards. The works are now fully complete, delivering a high-performance, future-ready workspace that meets the client’s operational and sustainability goals.
